Questions about renting
You will not have to pay any deposit whatsoever when you pick up your bike.
What we have included are deductibles for theft (€100) and for damage to the bike (€50), which are paid only and exclusively if either of these two cases occurs and up to that limit respectively.
DogDays pays for basic annual insurance for every bike advertised on Rookfy.
And the comprehensive insurance extra, which includes coverage for theft and damage, is paid by you and is already included in the rental price.
You can see all the amounts and coverages in the General Conditions, with the maximum amount being €4.9 per day of rental for electric bikes valued between €3,000 and €9,000.
All technical adjustments will be made at the time of bike collection.
