Questions about renting
You won't have to pay any security deposit when you pick up your bike.
What we have included are deductibles for theft (10% of the bike's cost value) and for bike damage (€50), which are paid only and exclusively if either of these two cases occurs and up to that limit, respectively.
DogDays pays for the basic annual insurance for each bicycle advertised on Rookfy.
And you pay for the comprehensive insurance, which includes coverage for theft and damage, and this is already included in the rental price.
You can see the coverage in the General Conditions, with a maximum amount of €4.20 per day of rental for all bikes.
All technical adjustments will be made at the time of bike collection.
