Maap Pro Atmos Jacket

The MAAP Pro Atmos Jacket is the brand's answer to the race rain jacket: a 122-gram garment that fits into a jersey pocket, yet still offers 20K water and wind protection.

The key is the 68-gram-per-square-meter Pertex Shield, assembled in a three-layer construction. This laminate is what allows for the combination of minimal weight with a real barrier: it withstands sustained rain and completely blocks wind, while still allowing vapor to escape during high exertion.

All the details follow the same logic. The seams are taped on the inside and the zipper is a waterproof YKK, so protection isn't lost through the finishes. Cuffs and hem are bonded and elastic, without hems or thick elastic, so the garment doesn't inflate or flap at speed.

Reflective transfers add visibility when light fades, which is especially useful on the rainy, overcast days when this jacket is truly used.

It works in a range of 6 to 16 °C with a Core fit, snug and without excess fabric. It's the garment you always carry between autumn and spring: it weighs so little that it doesn't bother you and completely changes a ride when it starts to rain.
