The construction uses a 3-layer main fabric with a Windtex Pro membrane , ensuring protection against wind and water.  Inside, it incorporates a brushed fleece lining with a grid structure that retains heat without overloading.  The exterior treatment is DWR (Durable Water Repellent) so that water slides off and does not soak into the fabric. 

The design is "race fit," ideal for cycling posture.
