The 226ERS High Energy Gel 76g BCAA Orange is formulated with cyclodextrin as the main carbohydrate source, a next-generation carbohydrate that the brand highlights for its low osmolarity and rapid gastric emptying , helping to reduce digestive discomfort while you maintain your pace. 

Each 76g stick packs a powerful punch: 50g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 ratio (complex and simple) and 200kcal per gel, ideal for endurance efforts where every shot counts.  In addition, this version adds an interesting extra: 1g of BCAAs in an 8:1:1 ratio , with leucine, isoleucine and valine, designed to support muscle work during exertion (perfect when you accumulate hours). 

How to use it: You can take up to 2 units per hour , accompanied by approximately 300 ml of water , and always maintaining good hydration.
