The 226ERS Recovery Drink Vanilla, in a 50g single-serve format, is a recovery drink designed to optimize muscle recovery after intense workouts. Each serving provides 20g of grass-fed whey protein , 1.5g of creatine monohydrate (Creapure®) , and 250mg of L-arginine AKG , contributing to muscle repair and growth. 

The formula includes amylopectin from potato starch, a rapidly absorbed carbohydrate that helps replenish glycogen stores. It also contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and golden flaxseed , which provide essential fatty acids and micronutrients beneficial for recovery. 

This product is gluten-free and contains less than 2g of sugar per serving, facilitating nutrient absorption without interference. Its natural vanilla flavor makes it pleasant to the palate, and its single-serving format is convenient for carrying and consuming at any time.
